Terms of service

These terms are between you and Station Automations Group LLC ("we"), which runs Ribbon Homes.

1. What you get

A compilation of public records from Harris County, Texas: County Clerk foreclosure postings, real property and probate records, the Linebarger tax-sale list, and the Harris Central Appraisal District roll. We match each record to a parcel. Matches can be wrong. Rows matched by name are marked "verify", and you must check the underlying record before relying on a row.

2. Permitted use

Business use for real-estate investment, brokerage and acquisition. You may not resell or republish the sheet, the CSV or the API data, in whole or in substantial part.

3. Not a consumer report

We are not a consumer reporting agency, and the data is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You may not use it, in whole or in part, to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose covered by the FCRA.

4. Fair housing

You may not use the data to discriminate, or to target or exclude anyone, on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status or any other class protected by federal, Texas or local law.

5. Your outreach is yours

We don't supply phone numbers and we never contact owners. You're solely responsible for complying with the TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry, CAN-SPAM, Texas telemarketing law, and the FTC's Mortgage Assistance Relief Services rule (Regulation O) whenever you contact an owner facing foreclosure. Be respectful with owners who have lost a family member: probate rows are public records about grieving families.

6. Trials, billing, cancellation

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. Your card is charged when the trial ends and then monthly, until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. We don't give partial-month refunds.

7. Accuracy and liability

Public records contain errors and change after we read them. The data is provided "as is", without warranty. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

8. Changes

We'll email subscribers before a material change to these terms takes effect. Texas law governs; venue is Harris County, Texas.
