Sources

Every row comes from a public record you can open.

We read these Harris County sources every weekday morning and match each filing to a parcel on the appraisal roll. Below are the actual last-7-day counts from our own database.

What we don't do

We don't log in, solve captchas or get around any site's controls. Sources that sit behind one are left out: the County Attorney's delinquent-tax search, the City of Houston's dangerous-building agendas and its weekly permit files.

We don't add phone numbers or emails for homeowners. We don't show owners the appraisal district withholds, and we remove any property whose owner asks: owner opt-out.
